To support health institutions in designing a purchase mechanism based on energy efficiency and low global warming potential (GWP) criteria. To accomplish this goal, the project will map air conditioner use in this sector, as well work with key institutions in a sustainable purchase program and engage the sector to increase its responsibility toward a low carbon economy.
