To highlight the intimate relation between the exploitation of natural resources and human rights the 25th edition of the SUR Journal – to be publish in June 2017 – will present articles on this issue. Patrick Alley, Global Witness director is the invited editor. SUR is essential to promote the South perspective on the international debate about human rights, since it is the only journal from the Global South. The journal reaches more than 20 thousand people in more than 100 countries.
