The project will seek to expand the capacity of Brazilian organizations to analyze the phenomenon of climate polycentric governance, combining theory and practice. Its main focus is to provide ongoing monitoring and analysis of climate action by Brazilian subnational actors (states) and how they relate to the theoretical framework of international relations on global climate governance.
