The project aims to produce and disseminate knowledge about the climate ambition of the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa). It will analyze data on these countries’ NDCs, their commitments on the climate agenda, and positions on relevant topics of the negotiations, such as net-zero emissions, nature-based solutions, adaptation, and financial instruments.
