To promote and strengthen the climate debate in Brazil through the launch of climate action plans of the C40 cities in the country: Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Curitiba and Salvador. The plans are developed by cities, with technical assistance from the C40 Climate Action Planning Programme in Latin America. The project is carried out through 2 components: support the completion of the plans’ text and design, and develop a communication strategy to launch the plans.
