To deepen subnational climate leadership in Brazil, the project will have 2 main axes: Continuous political articulation with state governments and production of technical-legislative input to incorporate NDC target into subnational public policies. The project will test ways to engage state deputies on climate issues and continue to foster climate leadership among federal parliamentarians.
