To access the accountability level of environmental infractions in the state of Para, as well as the level of effectiveness of the command and control actions against deforestation. The goal is to propose improved mechanisms of inspection and accountability of violators, to reduce the cost of operations and to increase the impact of command and control actions to reduce deforestation in the state.
