To produce a collective publication that brings together the contributions of civil society on the discussions that emerged with the filing of Arguição de Descumprimento de Preceito Fundamental (ADPF) 708, whose object is the omission of the federal government in the management of the Climate Fund. The project’s starting point is the contributions gathered at the public hearing held by the STF.
