Support youth and community leaders from Rio’s favelas to influence the debate on energy, water and climate justice at local and federal levels. Based on data from the research and from the app, developed in the previous support, the project involves the organization of a public hearing, proposals for regulatory agencies and an action at COP28, as well as the creation of a youth group in the RFS.
