To finalize the development of mechanisms of energy management and energy efficiency for the local government of Florianopolis, by: conclusion of the Public Procurement Manual, engagement of key actors (City Council, civil construction entities and universities) regarding the guidelines to be inserted into the Building Code and the adoption of the monitoring tool for the consumption of energy.
