Law and Climate
To improve the capacity of independent agencies, civil society and public and private decision makers for the icorporation of the climate component into environmental licensing procedures of infrastructure projects. The project will build arguments to support the legal obligation to assess, mitigate and redress climate impacts during the environmental licensing process.
