To support the development of technical knowledge that will (1) develop a tool that will help monitor the implementation of zero-carbon public transportation targets in São Paulo, (2) deepen the debate on avoid and shift policy contributions to low carbon mobility, (3) and contribute locally to the development of a long-term vision for São Paulo that includes low carbon urban mobility and air quality topics. IEMA will also update SEEG on energy, finishing the 5th and updating to its 6th edition.
