To improve the The Brazilian Legislative Observatory (OLB) by developing the National Congress ranking, now for the 2019-2022 legislature, providing qualified public information on parliamentary behaviour on the climate agenda. New features will be created to support the advocacy work of civil society organisations and increase OLB’s audience with them and the press.
