To support the Ministry of Cities in the implementation of the national urban mobility policy and the planning, social participation, financing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of policies and projects in Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte and Brasília, with specific focus on public transport systems and active transportation. To qualify the debate on urban mobility, as well as get commitment from the winning candidate on specific urban mobility indicators to guide the government program and to be hold accountable by the population.
