To democratize the access of new individuals and to promote renewal in established political institutions by lowering the costs of political campaigning. This will be done through the development of “Liane”, an open data toolkit that increases the competitiveness of low-cost campaigns, by combining political intelligence, online and offline methodologies, technologies and use of data. This intends to support the candidacy of young and new leaders.
