To strengthen a network of civil society organization in the Amazon to build proposals for a new paradigm of infrastructure with socioenvironmental justice in the region. One expects to strengthen the executive capacity of the network to make public calls, technical notes, and public positions about the main impacts and alternatives for the socioenvironmental development of the Amazon.
