To promote capacity building of local governments’ public managers, aiming at developing local policies for healthy and sustainable food, through the execution of the second edition of LUPPA. As main results, we expect: sustainable food security plans, improved governance for food security, promotion of agroecological agriculture, food education for students in the municipal network, etc.
