To strengthen and mobilize smallholders farming, especially associations and cooperatives and rural social movements, for the adoption and development of biofertilzers, in line with the transition to low carbon agriculture. This will be done in 2 complementary ways: political engagement and structuring of an industrial production unit for biofertilizers.
