Law and Climate
To advance the just energy transition in the state of Rio Grande and to guarantee the enforcement of the local climate law, through legal strategies, mobilization, articulation, knowledge and capacity-building. The project involves the monitoring of ongoing legal actions and proposing new claims, as well as courses, publications and events on mining and climate.
