To develop the 1st strategic plan to enhance institutional capacity to meet its objective to initiate, strenghten and advance energy for sustainable development balancing economic efficiency with social equity and environmental sustainability. Internal workshops, mediated by external consultants, will enable debate and the colective construction of scenarios, assumptions and decision making of the strategic plan within a 5-year vision. Another activity is to follow up associated action plan.
