To strengthen internal governance by developing a 5 year strategic plan, and to provide technical and strategic support to K-CEP project in Brazil, notably by providing technical support for minimum energy performance standards (MEPS) review for air conditioners and also for the advocacy campaign to be launched in partnership with the Kigali network.
