To evaluate the impact of the “Paulista Aberta” program on local urban vitality and its potential in increasing the perception of urban vitality and local quality of life. “Paulista Aberta” was created in 2015, in the context of the Open Streets program implemented by the SP Municipality, and promotes the opening of the avenue for pedestrians and public use on Sundays and holidays. The research will evaluate the impact of the program through economic, environmental and behavioral indicators.
