To deepen and broaden the discussion on crucial issues for the transition to healthy and sustainable food systems in Brazil. The Cátedra will develop 4 high-level studies, which will used as a starting point for strategic discussions with key actors. To this end, the project will also provide for institutional strengthening for the area of communication and strategic structuring of the Cátedra.
