Land Use and Food Systems
To evaluate the forest cover of watersheds in the Amazon, identifying those which are similar to the processes observed in the Atlantic Forest and from the ecosystem tipping point. From that, one expects to set connections between the governance and good practices learned in the Atlantic Forest that could be replicated to fight deforestation and to accelerate forest restoration in the Amazon.
