The financing structure was explained in practical cases by Nabil Moura Kadri, from BNDES; Ana Cristina Wollmann Zornig Jayme, from the Planning and Administration Department of Curitiba; and Raul Protázio, from the State Department for the Environment and Sustainability of Pará. Moderation was by Guilherme Lima, from Centro Brasil no Clima, which was responsible for the study “Public policies and climate funding in Brazil” alongside the UN program for the Environment and the Federal Accounting Court.
