Taking the law to the most remote regions of the Amazon is one of the main challenges of the new Brazilian government on its way to delivering a more prosperous and fairer country. This is one of the statements made by Gustavo Pinheiro, the coordinator of the iCS Low Carbon Economy portfolio, in his article in “Um Só Planeta” [Only One Planet]. He explains that the laws are the basis so that we can plan the trends and routes that Brazil will follow to accelerate the transition to an economy with zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, and regarding the business and investment opportunities of this global transition.
