Marina Marçal is the new coordinator of the climate policy and outreach portfolio, replacing Alice Amorim. Marina is a lawyer and graduated from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF-RJ). She has a master’s degree in ethnic-racial relationships, gender, race and identity (at CEFET) and in sociology and law, socioenvironmental, rural and urban conflicts (at UFF). She is currently studying for a doctorate at UFF. In addition to law firms, Marina was also a policy and advocacy analyst for the private sector, human rights and inequalities at Oxfam Brazil.
