The Kigali Network has reason to celebrate and, more than this, to proceed with its collaborative efforts of engagement and advocacy in favor of the review of energy efficiency policies in Brazil: on August 24, it received the award of “Strongest Collaborations” from the Kigali Cooling Efficiency Program (K-CEP), now called the Clean Cooling Collaborative. This is the largest international philanthropic program that supports initiatives to improve energy efficiency and the transition to refrigerant gases with a low greenhouse effect in the sector of refrigeration and air-conditioning. It was celebrating the results of its first phase at the time.
