In times of quarantine, the sharing of information, tips, exercises and other common needs have exploded on social media. However, it is necessary to be careful with respect to the origin of each one. The Consumer Defense Institute (IDEC), an iCS grantee, is using its Twitter account to provide citizens with daily information about a series of subjects related to the pandemic. One of the strategies is to offer instructions, such as how to take care of food (not consuming ultra-processed products is one of them) and recipes to create natural and homemade detergents and fabric softeners. #FiqueemCasa!
