An iCS grantee won the ESG category, about the environmental, social and governance concerns in organizations, in the first edition of United Earth Amazônia
Vaga Lume, an iCS grantee, was one of the winners of the first edition of the United Earth Amazônia. This is an award created by Marcus Nobel, a descendant of Alfred Nobel (who is the name behind the Nobel Prize), and follows the criteria of evaluation and selection of the Nobel Prize. The organization won in the ESG category, which represents the concern and operation of entities when acting with respect to environmental, social and corporate governance matters. Vaga Lume works with children and begins projects through books, with the structure of the library as a place for the exchange and sharing of knowledge.
