Mayara Costa holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). She began her professional career in research and international cooperation, gaining experience in administrative and process management, project monitoring, and relations with civil society organizations and institutional partners. She has experience developing fundraising strategies and contributing to the planning and implementation of initiatives to ensure project sustainability. Fluent in English and Spanish, she participated in an academic exchange program at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Puebla. At iCS, she serves as a Project Analyst.
